A quorum being present the meeting was called to order by Wayne Duncan

There were no officer, board or standing committee reports.

There were no special orders addressed.

NEW BUSINESS:

    The position of the Board affirmed our stance on the Service Mark
    Application. Unless USGenWeb Advisory Board changes their position with
    reference to the USGenWeb Census Project, we will make no amendments to
    our application.

Wayne Duncan adjourned the meeting.
