Minutes of the Board of Directors for the USGenWeb Census Project

A quorum being present the meeting was called to order by Wayne Duncan

There were no officer, board or standing committee reports.

There were no special orders addressed.

OLD BUSINESS:

     There has been no response to the email sent by the Board in response
     to Tim Stowell's offer to relink.

NEW BUSINESS:

     There was a brief discussion about the upcoming election and Annual
     Membership Meeting. No conclusive actions were taken.

     Jeri Shangle reported that she had put a 1895 Kansas State Census
     transcription up. The Board supported her action.
