Meeting held June 10, 2002 via Internet using mIRC beginning at (Time) EDTand ending at

A quorum being set, the meeting was called to order by Wayne Duncan.

Special orders addressed: None

No minutes of the June 3, 2002 meeting sent due to the meeting being cancelled for lack of
quorum.

Old Business:

  USTPO:

    Wayne had sent a request for updated status on our application. No reply as yet.

  ELECTIONS:

    Everything is proceeding in a timely manner. Wayne is in the process now of setting up
    our election/voting site and will send out an e-mail with all the necessary
    instructions regarding obtaining an ID# for voting as well as the procedures.

  1930 CENSUS PAGES:

    The updates on all of the pages is almost completed with the help of several
    volunteers to provide the data for uploading as well as the hard work of Connie, Sue,
    April, and Jeri in formatting and updating each county page.

New Business:

  JULY MEETING:

    Our next meeting date will be July 8th, 2002 due to the Independence Day holiday
    falling on the week of the 4th and some members being unavailable. The August meeting
    will return to the normal first Monday of the month.

The meeting was adjourned by Wayne Duncan at (time) to reconvene on July 8th, 2002 at 9:00
PM EDT.

1) Election and installation of Board members for 2002-2003 term.
2) Official rescheduling of Board of Directors meetings (no motion or vote made
