Meeting of the Board of Directors called to order at 9:22 PM EST

Present:
    April Phillips present
    Sue Soden, present
    Ron Eason present
    Veda Mendoza present
    Sandy Onbey, present
    Myra Chambers present

The minutes were approved as sent.

Officer elections were held and the following persons were elected.
Ellen Horner - President
Sue Soden    - Vice-President
Veda Mendoza - Secretary/Treasurer
Sandy Onbey  - Membership Secretary

Ron Eason updated the Web Page to reflect the new officers.

A decision was made to allow Project Assistant Coordinators to attend Board
Meetings as observers only. This allows assistant coordinators to be fully
informed in the event that one or more must take the duty of coordinator.
There was unanimous agreement to allow this and Connie Burkett was invited to
the board meeting in progress.

There was no new business and the meeting was adjourned.
