The Feb Board meeting is called to order

Minutes from January 5, 2004 were approved as sent.

Old Business:

Ellen Horner reported that she had 200 color brochures printed and folded for $110.00 and 250 black and white brochures 
printed and folded for $14.00 for a total of $124.00.   The reports from the GenTech Conference were very favorable.

Sue Soden was "kicked" from the internet.  She had intended to speek on the 501(c) topic.  This  topic will be carried over
to the March meeting.

The Voting Membership list was briefly discussed.  Sandy Onbey as Membership Secretary is responsible for maintaining
the list and is in the process of updating.

New Business:

There was no new business discussed.
