The USGenWeb Census Project Board Minutes

The meeting was called to order by Ellen Horner

The roll was called and present were:

Minutes from the March meeting were not approved nor presented.

Old Business:

We discussed the domain(s).  The domains have been registered with 
www.maplecreekdomains.com.  
The effective date of the change is  March 26, 2004  the expiration date will be 
March 25, 2005.

Ron Eason reported that the lawyer that handled our SM Applicaiton indicated 
that we do not have to do anything else at this time.
Since we applied as having already having been using the SM instead of "Pending 
usage" we went straight to "Registered".

A discussion was conducted regarding the use of our SM by the other census 
project.  No concensus was reached.  A concensus was reached that this board 
needs to deal with this instead of leaving for the next board.  Ellen Horner 
indicated that there would possibly be a special session to discuss or email 
discussion.  This item will be pending for the next board meeting.

There was no new business.

Ellen Horner adjourned the meeting at 8:46 p.m.
