Minutes of the Board of Directors for the USGenWeb Census Project 

Meeting held April 4, 2005 via Internet using mIRC beginning at 8:57 PM EDT 
and ending at 11:33 PM EDT.

A quorum being set, the meeting was called to order by Ellen Horner. 

Officer, board, or standing committee reports: None

Special orders addressed: None

There being no quorum, there were no minutes of the March 7, 2005 meeting.

Old Business:  None at this time.

New Business:  After lengthy discussion the following schedule for the 
upcoming election was decided upon:
          Letter announcing nominations open to be sent May 10th and again on
            May 15th.
          Nomination:  May 15 – 29, 2005
          Voting:      June 1-8, 2005
          Letter Announcing Annual Meeting to be sent between June 10 – 17th
          USGW CP Annual Meeting:  June 27th, 2005

April Phillips and Sandy Onbey will act as judges for the election and will 
tally the nominations and the votes as they are place.

Eligible voters will be verified by Veda Mendoza and the list sent to Sandy 
to create the election database for the 2005-2006 year and to assign voter 
Ids to each eligible voter.  This database will be shared with April 
Phillips.
