Holly:

Our next Board of Directors' meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 12th.  
We will address this request then.  

There are some questions I have:

1.  Is there any intent to approach Linda Lewis and get something of the same 
nature from her on behalf of both the USGWP and The USGenWeb Census Project 
applications?  Does the USGWP intend to provide The USGenWeb Census Project 
with a reciprocal agreement?

2.  Is there any way to include our entire name each time we are referred to, 
rather than have the introductory statement?  I am no attorney and personally 
think most of our Board and voting membership would/could understand the 
document easier without the "legalese."

3.  If the agreement is accepted by The USGenWeb Census Project, sentence #2 
will have to be modified to show "Michigan NON-PROFIT corporation".

I will be in contact with each member of the Board, so that we can be 
prepared to discuss this issue in full on November 12th.  Your response to 
this email will help me to update them individually.

I trust you will keep this and all future emails concerning this subject 
confidential between yourself and the two original addressees until The 
USGenWeb Census Project Board of Directors is notified in its entirety and 
has had an opportunity to discuss this matter.  No permission is given to 
post any emails concerning this subject to any email lists.
