Attempted to use a CD for proofreader's review, but since this is 
16mm film the CD scans were not useable; the scan quality was poor. 

Recommend that all proofreading be done by reference to the 16mm film.

The enumerator used meticulous care in recording every detail. 

An Eyecom 3000 microfiche reader was used to view the film and was found 
to be equal to or better--especially in "high" magnification--than regular 
microfilm readers I have used, although there is the incovenience of having 
to cut the microfilm into strips of 5 or 6 frames.

Illegible characters are represented by an asterisk.
