Thence northwesterly along the north bank of said River to the north line of Church Street; thence westerly on the north line of Church Street and on the north line of Highland Avenue to the west borough line; thence northerly on the western line of borough to the north western corner of the borough and on the southern line of North Elm Street; thence easterly on the north borough line to place of beginning
