Police Jury Ward 1--Beginning at Junction of Red and Mississippi rivers, thence up Mississippi river to line dividing Ward 1 and Ward 2, thence west along said line to Red river, thence down Red river to Mississippi river. Police Jury Ward 2--Bounded north by line dividing Ward 2 and Ward 3, south by line dividing Ward 2 and Ward 1, east by Mississippi river and west by Bayou Cocodria and line of Ward 10

Police Jury Ward 3--Bounded north by line dividing Ward 3 and Ward 4, south by line dividing Ward 3 and Ward 2, east by Mississippi river and west by Bayou Cocodria and line dividing Ward 3 and Ward 10. Bounded north by corporation line extending from Mississippi river west 1500 feet, south by corporation line extending from Mississippi river 3000 feet, east by Mississippi river and west by corporation line extending north and south 3445 yards

Beginning at the mouth of Bayou Cocodria, thence on west bank of Lake Concordia, to line dividing the Grassmere and Pittsfield Plantations, thence on said line to mouth of Walton's Bayou at Lake St.John, thence up west bank of Lake St.John to north boundary line of Parish, thence west on said boundary line to the mouth of Little Tensas river, thence down Tensas river to lower bank of Kimball's Bayou, thence down said Bayou to Black Bayou, thence down said Bayou to Bayou Cocodria, thence up Bayou Cocodria to point of beginning.
