All west of a line beginning at a point on line dividing townships 19 and 20 between Stamboul and Westland plantations on the dividing line between sections 34 and 35, township 20 north, range 12 east and continue north of said dividing line to the line between townships 20 and 21; thence west on said line to the Bayou line; thence down said Bayou to line between townships 19 and 20; thence to point of beginning.
