North - Along county line from North Dakota to Yellowstone river; thence up south side Yellowstone river to the divide between O'Fallon creek and Powder river.
West - Thence south along divide between O'Fallon creek and Powder river to the point where 14th Guide Meridian intersects the base line.
South - Thence east along base line to State line between Montana and South Dakota.
