All that portion of county north and west of a line beginning at the head of Binch creek, and following the general course of said creek on the west side about one-half mile distant to the mouth of said creek; thence up Newlan creek at about one-half mile west of said creek to its head; thence across the divide and including all Sheep creek.

61 Meagher county (part), incl. White Sulpher Springs town
All that portion of county east of a line beginning at the head of Binch creek, and following the general course of said creek on the west side about one-half mile ?? the mouth of said creekl thence up ?? creek at abour one-half mile west of said creek to its head; thence across the divide and west of the water-shed between the waters of Smith river and the Musselshell river, exclusive of Sheep creek.
