All that part of the ward lying to the south of the following line, to wit:- Commencing at the intersection of Chestnut Street and Third Street, thence by the center line of said Third Street, crossing Central Avenue to Broadway, and thence by the center line of Broadway to the Rollinsford town line.

All that part of the ward lying to the east of the roadbed of the Dover and Portsmouth Railroad.
