All of precinct north of M. K. &. T. Ry, beginning at the mouth of Stroleys branch on Lake Fork; thence in a southwestelly direction with said branch to the M. K. &. T. Ry., thence in a southeasterly direction with said railroad to Franks Creek; thence north with said creek to Johnsons branch creek; thence in a northerly direction with said Johnsons Camp creek to Lake Fork; thence in a westerly direction up said Lake Fork to place of beginning

Ry., where it crosses Stroleys branch, thence southwesterly direction down Reeder creek to where the Iron Bridge Road crosses said creek; thence with said Iron Bridge Road in a westerly direction to the Iron Bridge on the Sabine river; thence down said river to the mouth of Franks Creek; thence with said creek in a northerly direction to the right-of-way of the H. K. &. T. Ry. thence with said Railway to the place of beginning
