All that portion of the town of San Angelo lying west of Chadbourne and Volney streets, running north to upper line of survey number 320 in name of F.E.Cramer, about one mile north of the court house; thence westerly with survey lines to the North Concho river; thence south crossing North Concho river and running with west lines of Miles' Addition No.2, and J.G.Brown's 200 acre tract to the Sherwood road on north line of city cemetery; thence in an easterly direction to the Lone Wolf bridge on South Concho river; thence following the meanderings of the South Concho river to its junction with the North Concho river; thence up North Concho river to Chadbourne street crossing on said river.
