All west of Georgetown and Round Rock Railroad to a point south of Brushy Creek where said Railroad crosses the Georgetown and Austin dirt road, thence with said road to a point where the same crosses I.&.G.N.R.R., thence with said I.&.G.N.R.R. to Travis County line.

All east of Georgetown and Round Rock Railroad to a point south of Brushy Creek where said railroad crosses the Georgetown and Austin dirt road, thence with said dirt road to where the same crosses the I.&.G.N.R.R. thence with I.&.G.N.R.R. to Travis County line, thence east with Travis County line to where it crosses east line of James N. Neely survey, thence north witheast line of said Neely survey and the east line of Robt. McNutt League, to the N.E. corner of the said R. McNutt League, thence with N. line of R. McNutt League, to the S.W. corner of the A. Armstrong survey, thence with west line of Armstrong survey to its N.W. corner, thence withnorth line of precinct #8 to where the north line of precinct #8 crosses the Georgetown and Round Rock Railroad.
