Beginning at the point where Big Reed Island river is crossed by the Hillsville and Floyd turnpike road; thence up said river to the Patrick county line; thence with the Patrick and Carroll county lines to the line of Fancy Gap magisterial district; thence with the line of said district to the Fancy Gap turnpike road; thence with said road to its intersection with the Hillsville and Floyd turnpike road; thence with said last named road to the beginning
