Including that territory beginning at the Essex line and extending down the Rappahannock River to Waterview wharf; thence to Garnett's shop, thence via Church View to Bedder's Fork, thence via Public Road to New Dragon Bridge on the Piankatank River, thence straight to Essex line, and north by Essex line.

Beginning at Waterview wharf and including the territory bounded by road to Garnett's shop, thence to Bedder's Fork, thence from Bedder's Fork to Hurley's store, thence to Jones' gate sign post, thence west to Town bridge, thence down Urbanna Creek to the Rappahannock River.

Beginning at New Dragon bridge, and embracing the territory north of the Piankatank river, from New Dragon bridge to Bedder's Fork, thence to Hurley's store, thence to Jones' gate sign post, thence to Town bridge, and down Urbanna Creek to its mouth to Rappahannock river. Over Seaward's road from Piankatank River to Stonemount, thence down to Urbanna Creek.
