All of district on the east side of the Carolina Road beginning at the center of the Carolina Road at the Loudoun County line; thence along the Carolina Road to the Brentsville District line; thence along the Brentsville District line to Manassas District; thence along Manassas District line to Loudoun County; thence along Loudoun County line to Carolina Road, the place of beginning.
