All of district north of a line beginning on the Upshur County line at Head Waters of Wolf Pen road; thence with the public road via Crawford, Walkersville, Jacksonville, Arnold, and Confluence at Braxton County line.
     
58 Collins Settlement Magisterial Dist. (part)
All of district south of line beginning on the Upshur County line at head waters of Wolf Pen Road; thence with the public road via Crawford, Walkersville, Jacksonville, Arnold, and Confluence at Braxton County line.

Weston town: Wards 1 (part), 2 (part), 3 (part), and 4 (part)
Weston town located in Court House, Freemans Creek; and Hackers Creek magisterial districts, E. D. 59, 62, and 63. All of district north of a line beginning at head of Limestone Run and following the ridge dividing Sand Fork waters from Murphy's Creek and a part of Rush Run waters; thence to the head of Timothy Fork Run; thence with ridge to north of said run to Sutton Turnpike and thence with a line south of Wolf Fork Run to the point where the Court House and Skin Creek district line crosses Big Skin Creek

All of district south of a line beginning at the head of Limestone Run and following the ridge dividing Sand Fork waters from Murphy's Creek and a part of Rush Run waters; thence to the head of Timothy Fork Run; thence with ridge north of said Run to the Sutton Turnpike; thence with a line south of Wolf Fork Run to the point where the Court House and Skin Creek district line crosses Big Skin creek.

All of district east of a line beginning at the Doddridge County line on ridge dividing Kincheloe and Freeman's Creek waters and running with the top of ridge dividing Freeman's Creek waters from Fink's Creek and Leading Creek to a point on ridge dividing Dry Fork from Main Polk Creek; thence with ridge to a point opposite mouth of Sassafras Run; thence crossing Polk Creek to the ridge west of Sassafras Run and with said ridge to the Court House District line.

Bennett; thence with the Janelew road to the line between the lands of P. G. Hardman and L. G. Thompson; thence with said line to the line of the Janelew Independent School District; thence along said line to Hacker's Creek; thence down same to mouth of Life's Run; thence to the top of Ridge between Hacker's Creek and Stone Coal Creek so as to place Life's Run on the northeast side of the line; thence with said ridge to the Upshur County line.
     
64 Hackers Creek Magisterial Dist. (part)
All of district southwest of a line beginning at the Lightburn Mill site and running with the Janelew Road to the residence of John Cross; thence up the West Fork River Road to the residence of Jacob E. Bennett; thence with the Janelew Road to the line between the lands of P. G. Hardman and L. G. Thompson; thence with said line to the line of the Janelew Independent School District; thence along said line to Hackers Creek; thence down same to mouth of Life's Run; thence to the top of the ridge between Hacker's Creek and Stone Coal Creek; so as to place Life's Run on the northeast side of the line; thence with said ridge to the Upshur County line.
