1. Please make sure all of the file downloaded. The download page shows the exact size in bytes of each file. Please use Explorer (or File Manager), doing a properties on the downloaded file to verify the bytes are the same as the download page.



2. Verify you downloaded the correct file. File with a fourth letter of U are for updating existing version of CART only. You must download the file with a fourth letter of T to get the full version.



3. The primary means of obtaining CART Support for questions not covered by the above is by joining the CART mailing list and sending your question or problem to the list. This way if the author is unavailable, the question may be able to be answered by one of the helpful members of the list who have already encountered it.
