Commencing at a point on the center line of Harlem avenue and the center of right of way of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad, thence extending east along the center of said right of way to a point midway between the center lines of Elliott avenue and Oak Park avenue, thence on a line drawn from such point lirectly south to the center of Thirty-ninth street, thence on a line drawn directly west along the center line of Thirty-ninth street to the center of Harlem avenue, thence on a line drawn through the center line of Harlem avenue to the point of beginning

Commencing at a point in the center of the right of way of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad, midway between the center lines of Elliott avenue and Oak Park avenue, thence directly south on a line parallel with the center line of Oak Park avenue to the center line of Thirty-ninth street, thence east along the center line of Thirty-ninth street to the center line of Lombard avenue, thence north along the center line of Lombard avenue to the center of the right of way of the said Chicago, Burlington and Quincy R. Commencing at a point on the center line of Harlem avenue and the center of the right of way of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad, thence directly north to the center line of 22nd Street, thence east along the center line of 22nd Street to the center line of Lombard avenue(or a point that would be the center of Lombard avenue if said avenue were extended to its present northern terminus to 22nd Street), thence directly south to the center line of the right of way of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad, thence southwesterly along said right of way to the point of beginning
