All south of the point where Black Creek crosses the line between Beats 1 and 2, following said creek to Bowling Green, thence following the main Public road to the city limits of Durant, bounded by Beat lines on the west and south and the county line on the east
     
45 Beat 2 (part) including West village
Excluding Durant town and Bowling Green village. All north of the point where Black Creek crosses the line between beats 1 and 2 following the creek to the village of Bowling Green., thence following the main public road to the city limits of Durant; bounded by the beat line on the west, county lines on the north and east
     
49 Beat 4 (part)
Excluding Thornton village. All east of the Bluff Hills which extend through the Beat from the county line on the south to the line between Beats 4 and 5 on the north

The central part between Tchula Lake on the west and Bluff Hills on the east, bounded on the north by this boat line and on the south by the county line and the Yazoo River

Northern part west of the Y. and M.V.R.R. excluding that part of Cruger village west of the railroad, said railroad being the eastern boundary as far south as the crossing of the Tchula and Providence public road, thence west for the Southern boundary along Horse Shoe Lake to the "Silent Shade" public road, thence along said public road to the Yazoo river; said river and the county line being the western and northern boundaries

All south of the "Silent Shade" public road running in an easterly direction to Horse Shoe Lake, thence along this lake to Tchula Lake and to the railroad, thence south on the railroad to the town limits of Tchula, thence along the western bank of Tchula Lake to the line between Beats 4 and 5, thence along this line to Yazoo river, said river making the western boundary and point of beginning
