Begin where the Township line between Bumby Creek and Williamston touches 6 and 20 Creek on the north; thence along that line to Saluda River; thence down said river excluding Piedmont) until it intersects the Pelzer Mfg. Company line; thence along said line to highway running by W. M. Hammond's, and A. W. Guyton's to M. B. Williams', thence along the twp. line to beginning point on 6 and 20 Creek.

All of Pelzer town (not incorp.) and lands of Pelzer Mfg. Company north of Baptist St., and Dora St. to Southern Railway Depot.
