R.R., thence on line of the C.C.C. R.R. to the North Carolina line, outside of Blacksburg town

All of township south and east of a line beginning at Broad River, thence with Southern Railway to the incorporate line of the town of Blacksburg; continue the line on the east side Southern Railway, thence around the incorporate limits on the north side of the town of Blacksburg to the C.C.C.
