B. line of the R. A. Pennell survey of land at the south east corner of A. W. Booth's 200 acre tract of land out of said Pennell survey
13	Justice Pct. 3 (part) All west of a line beginning at the north west corner of section 24, B. O. 14	Justice Pct. 5 (part) including Clyde town All north of a line beginning at the north east corner of section 79, and the south east corner of section 80, B. B. B. and C. Ry. Co. land at the John Couch R. R. crossing (same being on the W. B. Line of Justice Pct. 1); thence due west with section line 5 miles following the N. B. lines of sections 79, 76, 65, 62, and 51, and the S. B. lines of sections 80, 75, 66, 61, and 52 B. B. B. and C. Ry. Co. lands to north west corner of section 51 and the south west corner of said section 52 at the north east corner Suggs 84 acre tract of land, thence north about ? mile to the T. and P. R. R. track, thence west with R. R. track to Taylor Co. line

B. line of said Comal Co. school land through the town of Cross Plains between Steele's Addition to said. town and the town of Cross Plains, thence on due south with S. B. line of said Comal Co. school land to the E.B. line of Callahan county
