All of Giddings independent school district, Beginning on the right of way of the Houston and Texas Central Railway Company at the northeast corner of the homestead tract of W. A. Knox; thence with his east line to his southeast corner and continued in said direction to the line of the John Voshary Leagus, thence in westerly direction with the John Voshary League line to a point opposite the southwest corner of the town fo Giddings as shown by the map of said town, thence in a direct line, to the southwest corner of said town plot, and continuing with the wastern line thereof, to its northwent corner, and continuing in said direction 400 yards to a stake for corner of this tract. Thence in an eastern direction and parallel with the town tract as shown by said map to a point directly opposire said W. A. Knox line. Thence in a straight line to the place of beginning
