R., thence running northwesterly along the main line of said railroad to the point where the same is crossed by West Street, thence westerly along the middle line of said West Street to the point where the same crosses East Creek, thence southwesterly and westerly along the east banks of said Creek and of Otter Creek to the north line of Division 1, thence easterly along said line to the point of beginning
