All of district east of a line beginning on road from Ferrum to Callaway P.O. via Peter Saunder's mill at the point where this road crosses the line of Brown Hill magisterial district; thence with this road to Callaway; thence up Blackwater Creek to Guerrant's mill at a point where the Maggodee district line is reached
     
22 Blackwater Magisterial Dist. (part)
All of district west of a line beginning at a point on the Ferrum road where said road crosses the Brown Hill district line; thence with Ferrum road by Peter Saunder's mill to Callaway; thence up Blackwater Creek to Guerrant's mill at a point where the Maggodee district line is reached.

All of district west of a line beginning on the Roanoke and Southern R.R. at the point where said road leaves the county of Henry for the county of Franklin, thence up the R.R. to Alumine, thence leaving the R.R. at Alumine and following the road leading by Cap Turner's house and Jesse Jones' to Thos. Prillaman's old store-house, thence past said store-house and Dodson's, following the road to Sam Prillaman's, thence up the mountain from Prillaman's by the old school house on the top of Brown Hill, thence along the top of the mountain following the road to Ferrum, thence from Ferrum following the road to Callaway until the Blackwater District line is reached
     
26 Brown Hill Magisterial Dist. (part)
All of district east of a line beginning on the Roanoke and Southern R.R. at the point where said R.R. leaves the County of Henry for the County of Franklin, thence up the Railroad to Alumine, thence leaving the R.R. at Alumine and following the road leading by Cap Turner's house and Jesse Jones' to Thos. Prillaman's old store-house, thence past said store-house and Dodson's following the road to Sam Prillaman's by the school-house on the south of top of Brown Hill, thence along the top of the mountain following the road to Ferrum, thence from Ferrum following the road to Callaway to the line of Blackwater Magisterial District.
     
27 Gills Creek Magisterial Dist. (part)
All of district northwest of a line beginning on the line of Gill's Creek Magisterial District at a point where Maggodee Creek empties into Blackwater, thence down Blackwater to Brook's Mill ford, following the road to Capt. W.E. Duncan's via Cross Roads, thence with the turnpike from Capt. Duncan's to bridge across Staunton river
     
28 Gills Creek Magisterial Dist. (part)
All of district lying southeast of a line beginning on the line of Gill's Creek Magisterial District at a point where Maggodee Creek empties into Blackwater, thence down Blackwater to Brooks Mill ford, thence following the road by way of cross roads to Capt. W.E. Duncan's, thence with the turnpike to Staunton River bridge.
