Beginning on New River opposite the mouth of Little River, thence up and with New River to the mouth of Peachbottom Creek, thence up and with said creek to the bridge at Mullony's Mill, thence with the Pine Mountain road by H. Cox's, Summerfield P.O., to the Elk Creek road near McLean and Hales' Mill, thence up and with said Elk Creek road to the Turkey Fork road at Tray's school house, thence up and with Turkey Fork road to the mudpike at foot of Iron Mountain and with said mudpike road to the Wythe County line, thence east with the Wythe County line to the point where the line between the Elk Creek and Old Town Magisterial Districts intersect said Wythe County line, thence with the line between the Elk Creek and Old Town Magisterial Districts to the Island Ford of New River, thence up and with New River to the beginning.

Beginning at the district line at or near Island Ford, of New River, thence crossing the river at Island Ford and with the Island ford road to the fork road near John Byrd's, thence with the left hand road leading to Old Town, crossing Meadow Creek between its mouth and R. E. Jones' mill and continuing with said road to where it intersects with the mudpike road at a point a little west of what is known as the cut at or near Old Town, thence an east course with said mudpike to the Carroll line east of Thos. Roberts' residence, thence with the line between Carroll and Grayson Counties/to the North Carolina line, thence a west course with said state line to where it crosses Little River, thence down and with the meanders of said Little River to New River, thence down and with New River to the beginning at Island Ford.

Beginning on the top of Buck Mountain where the Elk Creek and Wilson Creek District line crosses said mountain, thence running a westward course with the top of said mountain, intersecting the road leading from Bridle Creek to A. J. Grubb's, at J. B. Holdaway's, thence with said road to the road leading from mouth of Wilson to Marion at said A. J. Grubb's, thence a north course with said road last named to the ford of Fox Creek, thence up and with Fox Creek to the Smyth County line, thence east with the Smyth County line to the Wythe County line, thence with the Wythe County line to where the Elk Creek and Wilson Creek Magisterial District line intersects the Wythe County line, thence with the line between Elk Creek and Wilson Creek Magisterial Districts to the beginning.

Beginning at the North Carolina line at or near Eller, Robbins & Co's store, thence an east course with the road leading to mouth of Wilson to the first left hand road west of Dr. A.W. Wagg's, thence said left hand road to where it intersects the road leading from mouth of Wilson to Marion at or near the residence of A. H. Wells, thence a north course with said road leading to Marion to where the roads leading from Bridle Creek across Buck Mountain, intersects said Marion road at H.A. Grubb's, thence with the Bridle Creek road to J. B. Holdaway's, thence running an eastern course with the top of Buck Mountain to the district line between the Elk Creek and Wilson Creek districts, thence with the line between Elk Creek and Wilson Creek districts to the North Carolina line, thence with the state line west to the beginning.
     
45 Wilson Creek Magisterial Dist. (part)
Beginning at the North Carolina line at or near Eller, Robbins & Co's store, thence an east course with the road leading to mouth of Wilson to the first left hand road east of Dr. Wagg's, thence with said left hand road to where it intersects the road leading from mouth of Wilson to Marion at or near the residence of A. H. Wells, thence a north course with said road leading to Marion to the ford of Fox Creek, thence up and with Fox Creek to Smyth County line, thence west with the Smyth County line to the Washington County line, thence with the Washington County line to the Tennessee line, thence with the Tennessee line to the North Carolina line, thence east with the North Carolina line to the place of beginning.
