All of said district north and east of a line beginning on the Blue Ridge where the Browntown Grade crosses, and following the grade down to Massie's Lane above Washington, then leaving the grade and following Rush River down to the intersection of what is known as the Big Branch, then up the Big Branch to the Washington and Sperryville Turnpike, thence with the Piedmont District line to the boundary of Hampton District.
