All of district bounded as follows: Beginning on the Little Kanawha River at the Newark district line; thence up said river to corporation line of said town of Elizabeth just above the upper ferry; thence west with the corporation line of said town to the Palestine Road; thence with said road to the forks near the residence of James A. Wiseman; thence with the ridge road between Tucker's Creek and Lynn Camp to the Tucker district line; to the Newark district line; thence to the Little Kanawha River, the place of beginning, including the incorporated town of Elizabeth.

All of district bounded as follows: Beginning on the eastern bank of the Little Kanawha River at the Newark district line; thence to the Clay district line; thence to the Burning Springs district line; thence to the Reedy district line; thence to the Tucker district line; thence with the Tucker district line to the ridge road between Lynn Camp and Tucker's Creek, thence with the ridge road to Wiseman's residence; thence with the Palestine and Elizabeth Road to the corporation line of the said town of Elizabeth; thence east with the corporation line of said town to the Little Kanawha River, thence down the Little Kanawha River to the Newark district line, the place of beginning.
