(part) including Elizabeth town All of district bounded as follows: Beginning on the Little Kanawha River at the Newark district line; thence up said river to corporation line of said town of Elizabeth just above the upper ferry; thence west with the corporation line of said town to the Palestine Road; thence with said road to the forks near the residence of James A. Wiseman; thence with the ridge road between Tucker's Creek and Lynn Camp to the Tucker district line; to the Newark district line; thence to the Little Kanawha River, the place of beginning, including the incorporated town of Elizabeth.
