130 Harris district (part of) All of district north of a line beginning on the Ohio River at the mouth of Lee Creek; thence up the said creek to the point where the public road crosses the Middle Fork of said creek; thence with the public road leading up said Middle Fork to the head waters of the said creek; thence with the main public road to the Steel district line near Tyner Post Office, passing by the property owned, or formerly owned by William Logan and William Foutty.
