About CART

CART, the Census Abstract Retrieval Tool, is a user-friendly application designed for use on Windows 3.1x or Windows95 systems. It was written to provide volunteers with a standard means of transcribing U.S. census data into an electronic format that can be placed on the Internet in cooperation with the USGenWeb Archive Project.
