R.R., near the town of Herndon, thence by said R.R. to Difficult Run, thence down said Run to the Potomac River, thence up said river to the Loudoun Co. line, thence with said line to the W. & O. R.R., the place of beginning.

All of district bounded as follows: Beginning at the Loudoun Co. line on the W. & O. R.R. near the town of Herndon, thence by said R.R. to Difficult Run, thence up said Run to the Little River turnpike road, thence with said turnpike road to the Loudoun Co. line near Pleasant Valley, thence with said line to the W. & O.
